Hello, my name is Hellen James! I am a yoga teacher and writer who loves to share information about how you can achieve a more fulfilling life.

I have been practicing mindfulness, yoga, and meditation for over 10 years. My passion for these practices has led me to teach them to others.

I’ve also written about the benefits of these practices in my blog posts for other sites, which you can find on my website.

I’m qualified to write about mindfulness, yoga and meditation because each one of these practices has changed my life in some way.

They have helped me become more mindful of myself and others around me; they have made me stronger physically; they have improved my mental health by allowing me to stay calm during stressful situations; and they have improved my overall quality of life by helping me discover what makes me happy and helping me stay focused on those things every day.
