- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the infringing material that we have removed or disabled access to it.
We may also, in our sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If you believe that a user of our site is a repeat infringer, please follow the above procedures to contact our designated DMCA agent and provide information sufficient for us to verify that the user is a repeat infringer.
